I finally watched Alex Gibney’s eye opening documentary, “Going Clear,” (2015), about Scientology — how it controls people, and sucks them dry. As well done and troubling as it was, the story pales to near insignificance next to what governments do, and the murder and mayhem they get citizen/slaves to fund and even die for on absurd and phony grounds.
Scientology never did what Israel has been doing in Gaza for the last several months with American help; nor what the US Hegemon has done in Ukraine for the last ten years, and continues to do in playing nuclear brinkmanship games with Russia.
If the evidently deeply disturbed David Miscavige, the Pope of Scientology, has done anything useful in life; it was to prove you can take on the IRS and FBI and not only win but utterly humiliate them at their own games.
