No Job and Grateful

I got laid off in Autumn 2019. Since then I have not had a full time job paying more than a small fraction of what I used to make.

Here are some things for which I am truly thankful:

–I haven’t had to pay huge taxes to corrupt local, state and federal governments which use my money to kill people and/or line the pockets of cronies (property is not theft but taxation is armed robbery, and you don’t land on moral high ground by forcing other people to pay for your lack of skin in the game for your supposed ideals)

–I haven’t had to swear loyalty oaths to wokesterism; which I believe is the death of culture and a sop for useful idiots. It has nothing to do with making the world a better place for diverse people, other animals or plants

–I haven’t had to wear soul destroying and health nugatory masks; or be injected with dangerous chemicals with little or possibly negative therapeutic benefit and unknown long term effects; all required based on mass psychosis and corruption of both science and rule of law (and I haven’t been sick in well over two years)

–I get to spend my time doing things I want to do, like working out, learning welding and Japanese, reading good books and improving my music making

Because I have been living modestly and on my own resources (i.e. surplus value I created by working and living within my means), I can be sure that when I go to the happy hunting ground there will little left behind but my bones for the vultures to pick clean.

You don’t have to be Atlas to shrug.

You don’t have to be rich to live richly.
